YARDIE FITNESS WOW, how I love the, let me count the ways!!!! This year was truly a GET FIT IN ’06 year for me. Especially since I failed to get as “grown and sexy” as I wanted to in ’05, the year I turned 25. I had reached 228lbs, and I needed to get it together. I no longer saw the old (skinny) me anymore, all I could remember was the thick and voluptuous me. However, I longed to remember what it was like to be thin again. It took a while but by February of 2005 I was ready to get serious. No more eating half a pizza and a pan of brownies on Friday, trying to work it off on Sunday, I was really ready to get with it!
That is when I decided to join Bally’s and incorporate the principles of Weight Watchers to my diet program. IT WORKED!! I immediately lost 8lbs the first week and about 5 there after. By March 2005, I was weighing in at 215. Then by May, I was finally down to 205lbs. I still was not satisfied. One of the trainers at the gym I was going to, was starting up a boot camp. I decided to try it out to for an extra push to help me attain the goals I saw desired. Well I AM SOOOOO GLAD I DID. I immediately saw results. I started shedding pounds and inches left and right and before I knew it I WAS FINALLY LESS THAN 200lbs. As a matter of fact, I ended the first session much smaller than I anticipated. I was 189lbs, a size 10, and a workout junkie! I actually loved running, which was sooooo unlike me. But, I couldn’t stop there, I had to try to reach an all new fitness high! By the end of session II, I had dropped down to a size 8 and 175lbs. I actually had MUSCLE DEFINITION. My new fitness goal is to promote a healthy lifestyle to my family, friends, and community at large. THANKS YARDIE FOR MAKING MY GOALS COME TRUE!!!!! |
