Outdoor Boot Camp Program

 Each program consists of a 6 week regimen, run by highly motivated, certified personal trainers

 Each program meets for 4 one hour sessions each week

 Pre- and post- camp fitness evaluations and measurements will be conducted

 All sessions are held outdoors rain or shine

 Workouts include cardio, toning, shaping and abdominal work to achieve weight loss and lean muscle development

 All levels of fitness, from the beginner to the finely tuned athlete, can benefit from this program

 Nutrition tips and guidelines will be provided throughout the program to complement the physical workouts

 Programs in several metro Atlanta locations
