Outdoor Boot Camp Program |

► Each program consists of a 6 week regimen, run by highly motivated, certified personal trainers ► Each program meets for 4 one hour sessions each week ► Pre- and post- camp fitness evaluations and measurements will be conducted ► All sessions are held outdoors rain or shine► Workouts include cardio, toning, shaping and abdominal work to achieve weight loss and lean muscle development► All levels of fitness, from the beginner to the finely tuned athlete, can benefit from this program► Nutrition tips and guidelines will be provided throughout the program to complement the physical workouts► Programs in several metro Atlanta locations |
