Program Details

What to expect…

The program consists of full body workouts including cardio, toning, shaping and abdominal work to achieve weight loss and lean muscle development. Most of the workouts will be conducted inside the studio, but there will be some activities conducted outside on occasion. People at all levels of fitness, from the beginner to the finely tuned athlete, can benefit from this program. Nutrition tips and guidelines will be provided throughout the program to complement the physical workouts.

 

What to bring…

Participants should bring water and/or fitness drinks if desired and towels to wipe away the sweat! Some exercises will require that participants lay on the ground. Mats will be provided to accommodate this, however feel free to bring your own mat if you prefer.  Last, but not least, bring a positive attitude and a serious work ethic!
